Sierra currently lives in Gilbertsville, PA. She is a graduate of Boyertown Area Senior High School and she is currently going towards a secondary education degree with the hope of becoming a math or art teacher. Sierra has 15 years of experience as a competitive all-star for programs such as Maximum, Pa Heat and Victory Vipers. This past season Sierra was an assistant coach for our Senior 1 team Lady Strikers. They had a very successful season with 5 wins out of 7 competitions and earned Grand Champions and a Gold US Finals bid. She has experience with levels 1 through 4 and since joining our program in 2013 she has earned multiple summit bids.

Cait is a high school graduate of Council Rock High School South and is now enrolled in Delaware Valley University majoring in Psychology. Cait has cheered for 14 years as a 4 year varsity cheerleader and captain her senior year and all-star cheerleader, 4 of those years being on a Level 6 Worlds Team. As an athlete, Cait has received a summit wild card bid, placing 10th at finals and 4 Worlds bids, one of them being Full Paid. Cait has coached for the passed 5 years levels 1-3 including tinys and minis, and has also coached cheer abilities for the past 7 years.
Fun Fact: Cait and Casey used to get yelled at by Scott when they cheered together the first year on Diamonds because they would always be laughing in the back of tumbling.
Sammi is a graduate of CB West High School and will be attending West Chester University and cheering for their Golden Rams program. She has been a competitive, all-star cheerleader for the last 7 years and was on levels 1-5. Her proudest accomplishment incompetitve cheer was placing 2nd in the nation at the D2 Summit in 2019 with V3nom. Sammi was a flyer and her favorite thing about cheer is stunting. Cheering is a passion for Sammi and she is excited to continue that passion with coaching.
Fun Fact: Sammi has 2 big dogs, she loves the beach and she has 2 different colored eyes!
Casey is a high school graduate from Pennsbury High school and is currently furthering her education at Bucks County Community College. Casey has been cheering for 14 years in both rec and all-star cheer, four of those years being on a level 6 Worlds team. As an athlete, Casey has received a paid Worlds bid as well as one year placing 7th at Worlds. Casey has coached for the past five years, levels 1-4 in both rec and all star cheer. She has coached all ages ranging from tinys to senior athletes. Her teams have been very successful, earning bids to both The D2 and D1 Summit. Casey’s passion for cheerleading comes from the bond her and her mother shared from it. Casey is excited to help kids become successful athletes and make sure they have tons of fun along the way!
Fun Fact: Casey is a cheerlebrity who routinely gets stopped on competition days for a photo opportunity with other all-stars. She has had 1.9 million likes on TikTok for one video (Coach Erica is jealous!).
Taylor is originally from Coopersburg, PA and she is a graduate of Palisades High School and Upper Bucks County Technical School Health Care Careers Program. She currently is a full time student at Northampton Community College where she is majoring in nursing. She was a former gymnast for 8 years prior to becoming a competitive all-star for the last 7 years at World Cup. She has valuable experience as an instructor from working at multiple, renowned gymnastics centers around the county, most notably at Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center & Camp Woodward.
Fun Fact: Taylor has always been a huge animal fan.

Cait recently graduated from Central Bucks West High School and is currently studying Communication Sciences and Disorders at Penn State University. Cait cheered for 12 years in rec, middle school, and all star. She rounded out her final 5 seasons cheering here at Victory Vipers. Cait was a member of S3 V3nom, S4 Medusa, and S4.2 Cobras, placing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at the D2 Summit and earning two bids to the Summit her senior year. She helped coach a cheer abilities team when she was younger and is excited to get back into coaching.
Fun Fact: Cait and her younger sister, Courtney, cheered on the same team for 2 years at Victory.
Demi is a student and a cheerleader at Lansdale Catholic High School in Lansdale, PA. She has been cheering for 6 years and has been in gymnastics since she was 3 years old. Throughout her cheerleading career, Demi and her team have placed 2nd at UCA High School Nationals twice and 4th place once. She was also named an Archdiocese All-American in 2018.
Fun Fact: Demi is a USA Powerlifting State Record Holder....So don't mess with the best
Brooke has grown up in the cheer world since the age of about 4 when she first started doing sideline cheer for football, and then she switched to a recreational program when she was 6. Brooke cheered there until she was about 13 and then her rec program transitioned to all stars where she was on the first ever Rock Starz team. While Brooke was at Rock Starz, she was mostly on levels 3 and 4 until her senior year when they formed their 1st worlds team, Diamonds. Brooke also cheered for a few years for her high school, Council Rock North. She graduated from Penn State with a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a strong focus on child development and human services.
Fun Fact: Cheerleading has always been a comfort zone for Brooke and it has taught her so many life lessons that made her who she is today and Brooke is so proud to be part of that journey for other athletes!
Amy received her BS in Marketing & International Business from Penn State University and her MBA from Villanova University. She has spent the last 20 years as a Corporate Executive in Sales and Marketing. Amy and her husband Michael have 3 daughters, Anna, Kate & Lily. She is a former All-American Cheerleader and Dancer and has been involved with cheerleading and gymnastics in both the USA and Canada. Amy loves coaching young athletes, and adores their authenticity, growing self-confidence and amazing team pride! Amy’s strong love and passion for coaching has stretched beyond the gym. In 2020, she will graduate as a Certified Life Coach, both in Gestalt Coaching and Equine Gestalt Coaching and will be opening a new business!

Coach Chris, sometimes known as CC, a name given to her by some of her original athletes 8 years ago. She has been coaching for 24 years & has directed Rock Starz All-Star program. Chris loves the sport & watching it evolve and grow. She started coaching for the Northampton Indians cheer program & CRWA back in 1996. She has coached just about every age & level at some point, except level 6. Her absolute favorite team to coach & watch has been the Shining Starz cheer abilities team. When her oldest daughter, Britt, graduated from Penn State in 2011 with a special ed degree she started the 1st year of Shining Starz & she is so blessed that some of her athletes are still with the team & are now going to be Vipers. Chris lives in Newtown and is a mom of 4 great kids from 15-30 years old, a grandmother to 2 beautiful little boys, a wife of 32 years, a nurse & a fitness instructor. She loves to learn so Chris became a certified fitness instructor a few years ago. Currently she is teaching virtually on Facebook live, on location & at the NAC in Newtown.
Fun Fact: CC has adopted 2 beautiful dogs named Max, a Shihtzu, & Maisie, a bulldog!
Joyce has worked as a Sr. EDI Support Specialist for Amerihealth Administrators since 2003. She graduated from CB West High School and BCCC. She currently resides in New Britain, PA with her husband Mike and daughter, Erin. Joyce has over 18 years of coaching experience. She started as head coach for the Lenape Valley Indians where she coached two teams to Pop Warner Nationals. Joyce also coached at Tohickon Middle school and CB West High school. Joyce joined Victory Vipers in 2018 and coached the partial season team, Slither. She coached Lady Strikers for the 2019/2020 season who ended their successful season winning first place and Grand Champions.
Fun Fact: Joyce has an identical twin sister, Kathy, who lives in Perkasie.
Scott graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He started his cheerleading career in high school and continued on to cheer in college as well as many seasons as an all-star on international open teams. Scott has been coaching for nine years, starting with tumbling and going on to help coach high schools, rec programs, and eventually all-star over the past five seasons. As an all-star coach, Scott has coached level 1, level 4, and level 6, as well as tumbling of all ages and levels. His teams have received several bids to both D1 and D2 Summits as well as The Cheerleading Worlds, one of those being a paid Worlds bid. Scott’s favorite part of coaching is being able to work closely with stunt groups and watching each person learn and contribute toward the group’s overall success and their ability to learn new and more difficult stunts
Fun Fact: Scott has been known to rip trees out of the ground with his bare hands in order to provide firewood.
Audrey is a Pennridge High School graduate born and raised in Perkasie, PA. She has received her associates in Exercise Science from Bucks County Community College. Audrey has cheered in various programs: rec, high school, and all-stars during the past 12 years, which has given her a passion to coach. She was a member of our 1st Victory Vipers team formed in 2013 and she was on the inaugural D2 Summit bound teams that placed 9th and 3rd in the nation! She hopes to help athletes develop and gain new skills while sharing life lessons with them in an exciting and challenging environment. This past season Audrey coached our Junior 3, Senior 4.2, and Senior 4. She has experience coaching levels 1-4 and all age groups. Since starting in our program, Audrey has obtained numerous Summit bids and finalist finishes as a coach and athlete that she hopes to continue to add to.
Fun Fact: Audrey placed top 10 in the nation on her varsity high school team at the UCA High School Nationals.
Chris has 16 years of experience in the cheerleading industry with eight of those years as a coach. She has coached levels 1-4. Her teams have been very successful including earning a bid to Summit. She is a mother of 3 children, Hunter, Sierra and Nathan; and cannot wait to be a Grandmom. She has a passion for everything related to cheerleading. She shares that passion for the sport with all of her athletes. Chris looks forward to helping each team member grow to their fullest potential to be the very best Viper they can be.
Fun Fact: Chris is addicted to all TV shows about bearded men living in Alaska, But she would NEVER actually go there...
Laura received her Business Management degree from Texas A&M University and works full time in the pharmaceutical marketing field. Prior to her move to Pennsylvania, Laura was the All-Star Director for a cheer program in Dallas, TX. She is a former level 10 gymnast, top 10 high school Best Cheerleader and NCA Instructor. In 2013, Laura began working as one of the original staff members at Victory Vipers, after relocating to Doylestown with her husband, Paul, and two sons, Connor and Joey. In her years coaching All Star Cheerleading, Laura has successfully coached levels 1 - 4 and all age groups. Laura’s passion for coaching comes from her love for competitive sports and all of the life lessons a team environment can teach the athletes. Laura is currently an All Star coach and supports the gym through a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Fun Fact: Laura still loves to jump and tumble on trampolines and the tumble tracks at the gym.
Kelly is formerly the Vice President and Director for Lenape Valley Football & Cheer. She ran the Indians Pop-Warner cheerleading program for 11 years. In her time there she was awarded the 2010 Coach of the year for Bux-mont Pop Warner Cheerleading and consecutively led the program to 3 Bux-mont Championships. In 2011, she began coaching at Central Bucks High School West and led their Varsity team to a Suburban One league championship title and PIAA State Runner Up. Kelly received her Associates in Travel and Tourism management and her Bachelor's in Business Management from Widener University. She currently lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with her husband Kevin, mother in law and 3 children, Bailey, Jackson and Peyton. If you pop in during the day, you can often catch her ShihTzu Carson helping her with paperwork. Since starting the program, Kelly has experience coaching levels 1-5 and all age groups from our Minis to graduating Seniors. Kelly has been so grateful to enter into the world of all-star cheerleading and create a family style atmosphere where her athletes can thrive. She believes that hard work and dedication lay the groundwork to be successful not just in cheerleading, but in life.

Mark is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended Temple University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology. As a student at Temple, he started cheering and was a 4 year member of the varsity cheerleading squad. He then attended graduate school at Morehead State University (MSU) in Morehead, Kentucky where he received his Master's Degree in Exercise Science. While at MSU, he became a 3 time Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) Collegiate National Champion and top 10 UCA Partner Stunt Finalist. At the same time, Mark taught 8 years as an instructional staff member for UCA. In addition, he has worked and choreographed for many successful high school cheerleading programs, including Greenup County, Pikeville, and Upper Darby. After finishing school, he co-founded the Matrix Tumbling & Cheer Center in Richmond, KY. In 2005, Mark accepted the head coaching position at Northern Kentucky University, where he successfully led them to their 1st UCA National Championship. Since then, he opened his own tumbling facility called the Victory Training Center in 2008 called the Victory Training Center in Horsham, PA. In April of 2013 Mark set out with his business partner, Kelly Cramer, to start the Victory Vipers Training Center in Doylestown, PA to start the premier competitive all-star program in the tri-state area. Mark is AACCA & CPR certified.
Since opening the Victory Vipers, Mark has coached the Y2 Boas, S2 Lady A’s, S3 AGM V3nom, SC4 Fang, & SC5 Poison and our M1 Rattlers. He has received bids to the D2 Summit with Lady A’s (2016-10th Place), V3nom (2016-3rd Place, 2018-4th Place, 2019-2nd Place). And in 2020, his SC5 Poison received their bid to attend the Summit.
Fun Fact: Mark comes from a family of 4 boys, all with names starting with the letter M.
Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood / Elementary Education from Temple University and a MBA from Arcadia University. She has been working in the early childhood industry for 20yrs now. Erica has over 9 yrs experience coaching with non comp & comp teams beginning in rec cheer as well as former Cheer Coordinator. Erica joined the All Star world & Victory in 2018 starting our 1st ever Partial Season team. She has successfully coached levels 1&2 for 2.5 seasons and obtained 2 Summit bids. Watching the team become confident with their skills along with trusting and enjoying each other is one of her favorite things about coaching.
