  • MINIMUM CLASS SIZE - A minimum of 4 students is needed to begin and to keep a class open.  A student can be waitlisted until a minimum is reached. In the event that a class drops below 4 students, the gym reserves theright to reschedule the remaining students into another class with openings.
  • AGE & ABILITY CONSIDERATIONS - The Victory Vipers Training Center reserves the right to change a student's class based on appropriate age and/or skill level at any time for the benefit of the student.
  • SCHEDULE CHANGES - The schedule is subject to change.
  • INSTRUCTORS - Substitutes will teach class if the regular instructor is unavailable.
  • FOOD & DRINK - No gum is allowed anywhere in the training center.  Water is the only beverage allowed in the gym.
  • VALUABLES - The training center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  No cell phone or electronics use permitted while class is in progress.
  • LATENESS - If a student is more than 15 minutes late for a class, they may be asked to observe rather than participate.  This is for the student's safety as a proper warm-up and pre-stretch has been missed.  The class instructor will make the final decision.

    • Parents/guardians should arrive to pick up their child before the class ends. All students should be picked up on time and should not be left at the center unattended after class ends. Non-members/students shouldnot be left in the center unaccompanied by an adult.  Please make sure your child does not leave the center without a parent's/guardian's consent.
    • No one is to be in the center or on a piece of equipment unless they are either in a class, in a private lesson, or under the supervision of a staff member or instructor.
