In this class, athletes will work on coordination, balance, core strength and flexibility in order to improve their body positions and body control. The class includes stretching, weight lifting and body weight exercises focused on key muscle groups that are critical as a flyer.
This class will run on Sundays from 3:30 - 4:30 PM and is open to all ages. The next 5-class session will begin on January 5th. The cost for this session is $65.00.
